Account Deletion Request
This page explains how FOODLY Manager users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
About FOODLY Manager Accounts
FOODLY Manager is designed for restaurants, hospitality businesses, and their teams. User accounts are created and managed by restaurant owners, organization administrators, or FOODLY administrators.
Restaurant manager accounts are connected to an organization workspace. For this reason, users cannot delete their own account directly inside the app.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your FOODLY Manager account and associated personal data, please contact FOODLY Support by email:
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- Your email address used in FOODLY Manager
- Your restaurant or organization name
- A short confirmation that you want your account deleted
What Data May Be Deleted
After verifying the request, FOODLY may delete or anonymize personal account data, including your name, email address, phone number, and account access information.
Data That May Be Retained
Some operational or business records may be retained where required for security, legal, financial, audit, or legitimate business purposes. This may include reservation history, organization records, activity logs, or records connected to restaurant operations.
Processing Time
FOODLY will review and process valid account deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.
